Trouble with my order

Hi,

I am posting this because i placed an order about 3 weeks ago, paid for it and haven't received a shipping email tracking number or package. This wouldn't me a huge deal except that I've tried to phone at least 20 times over the last week and a half with no answer, tried emailing with no replies, tried private messages on CGN with no answer so I'm hoping someone will see this and let me know what is going on.

I tried several attempts contacting them a few months ago as well, no answer or call/email back. Seems like a difficult business to contact.

sorry for the issue, its been a hellish 2 months, on a joint project, that has gone back and forth since Feb wit hthe lawyers and 5 people involved.

we are goign to make an anouncment on monday about that.

as for you order, it got lost at the shop but check your Pm i have sent you the tracking info, as it was shipped the day before yesterday.

Sorry i dont always have the time to check here unless things are not busy.
we have all be running 100 weeks for months now, so have not always been on CGN or facebook, but we have help with that coming.

I received my order a few days ago, unfortunately half of it was missing. I've been trying once again to phone, email and pm you to straighten it out with no luck whatsoever. I have pm'd you what was missing from the order. I do not like posting this stuff publicly but I find your lack of communication very frustrating. I would greatly appreciate if you could either ship me the rest of my order or refund me what you owe me.

always seems to be the way, if we screw up , we screw up big.
lets just say , some one no longer works for us packing boxs.
