Canada post just delivered it back to us
And yes we did make sure it's the correct po box #
Someone ar canada post does not like you.
We arw working on a solution to use a courier

Glad you got a response and things will be fixed for you. I've found email is the way to go, sounds like they are way to busy to answer calls. They tend to get back by email fairly quick. I've had no communication issues and super happy with their products. Cheers all
 
Please use my home address if you use a courier. If some Canada post employee don't know their own flex delivery system, a courier won't know it either. My address was sent in an earlier email.
