OK,
This is maybe a stupid question, but will Troy Sig556 battle rail fit on regular size PE90? Please enlighten me.

No. The American 556 has holes drilled and tapped in the top of it's receiver. This is the primary method of mounting the Troy rail as well as the Samson STAR.

You will also note that the hand guard length is the same as the Swiss Carbine and not the full size rifle.

Theoretically, if you had a carbine, I'm sure you could modify the rail and upper to make them work together. Anything is possible.

Thank you,
I have full size Blue Star, so I guess it is out of the question. Would be nice to see a local manufacturer to make something similar for full size rifles. There are enough of them in Canada.

Now that's what I wanted to hear!!!

B&T handguard does not have a rail that extends back over upper receiver like Troy's. I hope that NEA handguard will.

It is in the works for the new year and will be affordable.

A few questions:

- Will it be free floated?
- Will it be compatible with both the flat top and iron sight models?
- Will it be available for full length, carbine and CQB?
- What is your tentative release date?
- Do you have a prototype yet?
- Fixed rails or removable?

No sure yet

Yes, meaning a rail will extend backwards over the receiver

Wait until you see the whole swiss line of parts we are developing, they are going to be announced in the new year. We are just tying up a few loose ends with affiliates, so that we can offer packages, stocks, grips, optics etc...........
