troy chassis on a mini 14

Just saw this on the internet and had a tiny orgasm....

I know mini 14's are hated on here, but I really dont need a tack driver for the kind of shooting I do.....

maybe next year....

Fabsports sells these for the mini 14 rifles so they are available, and affordable compared to the sage ebr chassis.

thoughts? just thought I would share.

yea, Im just trying to find out if it increases the accuracy any, and if it does, I may have to pick one up in the future.

Looks a lil' more robust than the ProMag ArchAngel kit for the 14 & 30...

Seems crazy expensive by the time it's fully kitted out. Unless it can turn a Mini into a 200m 1MOA shooter upon installation of course. Then maybe.

I'm a huge fan of the Mini-14, but because it's light, handy, non-res and, most importantly, relatively inexpensive. Adding one of these definitely takes away the latter, and might screw with the first two also.

Oh yeah, having that big gap at the back of the receiver looks...wrong.
