Finally got off that blasted castle nut on the flash suppressor and was able to mount my M1A NM in a FDE Troy MCS Chassis.... Now, however, it seems that the bolt is sticky, when you pull it back it sticks at about half way (seems to be when the bolt rotates...) and if you let it go slowly back it again sticks at about half way... After working it for a little bit it seems to stick less but it still does stick and I can feel it. Any suggestions? It never used to do this in the original stock...

Check that the oprod isn't binding on the chassis ahead of the receiver and check that the chassis side bolt isn't sticking into left bolt lug raceway
That's all I got for ya.

Thanks. I will check when I get home from work. Any suggestions on a remedy if either of the scenarios you presented above are the issue?

If you find any wear marks inside the chassis is the oprod's travel area, take pics for me and I'll have a look.
As for the side bolt, best test is to sand off the finish of the tip of the side bolt so it's shiny. Then use a jiffy marker to color it and reinstall. Cycle bolt without greasing and then remove and inspect the side bolt. If there's 'any' bolt contact it will show witness marks on the side bolt tip. Remedy by filing down the bolt till it clearances.
