Long story short I bought an TRS-25 off of a member on the EE (ALWAYS CHECK TRADER RATINGS)
After a week long plus screw around with him leaving me negative feedback, apparently because I paid for an item and wanted it, and he decided he wanted to keep the money, and the TRS-25, I finally received my NIB TRS-25.
Turn out that NIB to this member meant shoving a beat up sight in a Tylenol cold and sinus box.
Member now banned but I would like to salvage at least something from this deal.
My sight seems functional, but is missing the cap that covers the windage adjustment.
Where would I go about finding parts for one of these sights, I also need lens cap covers. I wasn't sure if Bushnell would ship parts to Canada.
Thanks in advance.

Bushnell Canada will help you. Probably for free if you write a friendly email and provide your name and address.
Goggle.

The Bushnell site doesn't have a contact email for Canada operations, did you just send your email to Bushnell US?
I'll start with them and see where I get.

Oh, haha, I read that guy's trader rating, *uck me, never seen one so bad. It was almost entertaining, haha! I was looking at that reddot until I saw his brutal rating. Looked like he hosed at least 4 others right before you so I'm not surprised he got banned. Not sure how anyone can get so messed up unless he started developing mental illness or something.

Anyway, contact Bushnell, I'm sure they'll help you out. If it were me, I'd even throw in your whole story about what happened, get a few points for sympathy.

should have looked on amazon.ca probly could have bought a brand new on for what you paid for an old crap pile. I got mine for 25$ brand new

Yeah, it certainly wasn't my finest moment. Let's just say the sale was made later in the evening, and I may have had the odd brown beverage or two when I PM'd "I'll Take It!"
I shot an email off to Bushnell Canada, by the sounds of what you guys are saying their customer service is pretty good so I have high hopes. Lesson learned, and I'd rather screw up a $100 purchase then get hosed on a $1000.
I've been on the hunt for an affordable red dot sight for a while and the TRS-25 just keeps coming up as being a great bang for your buck.
Thanks everyone for all the help, and, as always, the humour.

UPDATE!!

Bushnell customer support is AWESOME!
Sent an email, got a response that they had forwarded it to their repair dept, heard nothing back.
Today, mail arrives BLAMO! Lens covers and two adjustment covers!
Nothing but good things to say about them, makes me feel a hell of a lot better about my deal gone sour.

Glad that it worked out well. I have always been impressed with their service as well.

If you ever have a problem with one of their optics, try to take it in person rather than sending it in. If you walk into their warranty facility (North York, I think...in the GTA, so you probably find yourself near there from time to time), you normally walk out with either a properly repaired optic, or a new and often upgraded replacement. Outstanding folks to deal with in person, but apparently a little slow if you send your scope in by mail.
