I had an issue with my Garand
It was MONTHS after I bought it, hut I hadn’t shot it yet. TNA were incredible. They fixed it for free (I just had to pay shipping), and they fixed it lickity split. I just shot it and it works beautifully!

These crazy guys even sent me a FREE HAT AND TNA PATCH! I could not be more impressed with the professionalism, the honesty, and the integrity of this business
 
Sounds like they stepped up their service game.

Heard rumours they weren't standing by the products they sold
 
They didn't make a post on here about you with a misleading poll, making you out to be the arsehole problem customer, doing damage control before you could make a post of your own?
 
Why do peolle seem to have such differing experiences ? Sincere question because, apparently that isn’t the policy. They seem like an awesome shop and people speak highly of them.

But nice TNA actually used the criticism in that poll and stepped up.
