Trying to get IPSC targets, no response from IPSC Ontario link.

I have been trying to contact the people on the link provided by the IPSC Ontario website, but multiple phone calls and emails over the last two monthes have been ignored, and I have never gotten through to anybody.

Where in Canada can I pick up some targets from sombody who actually wants to take an order?
