Hey all, might not be much to go on but I'm having a total memory loss moment and trying to id an old o/u that Tradex used to carry.

Probably 7 years ago or so I was in the market for an cheap O/U which landed me on the Tradex site, I bounced back and forth on a few until I decided on a Baikal. Very happy with it but there was another similar priced one that I really liked and planned to find again someday. I'm at a total loss to think on what it was. The one I'm trying to remember has some sort of different mechanism in how it opened, either a sliding block, or the barrel would slide forward before hinging? I know not much to go on, My memory rarely is, but i just remember it was a pretty cool looking design and I tend to like odd things like that. Was another cheaper, heavy old workhorse of a gun, eastern European maybe, any idea what my worn out memory can't seem to recall? Might be in the market soon and thought I'd start looking around, but can't recall for the life of me what it might have been.

Sounds like a Bretton.
