trying to ID my enfield

Hi guys..
I have in my possession an enfield marked SHt LE BSA no # 1 mark IV. 1916
sometime in the last century it has been sporterized.
I cannot find any literature on the no #1 Mark IV. everything i see goes from no #1 mark 3 to no # 1 mark V.

I know i do not have a unicorn.. but what am i missing?
Id like to restore it, as its not a bad shooter still.

Please post pics. The SMLE MkIV was a conversion of the Long Lee.

Check the left side of the butt socket for a small "N". A lot of the Mark IV rifles were Royal Navy rifles.
