Trying to identify a rifle

Hi there,

Was browsing some links and I found this picture.

I believe its of russian origin and uses 54R ammo. But I don't recongnize anything else. Any experts here who can shed some light ?

It's not an actual Accuracy International rifle but a Russian copy of it. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery kind of thing. The "accuracy internationalsky" was along the same lines of the Russian super sonic jet "concordsky" :D

it uses a wood stock? all that work copying the AI and they can't copy it with a decent synthetic stock setup?

This is completely off topic but the Tu-144 actually flew before the concord and the crash it had at the pairis airshow was because the pilot was dodging a french mirage that was sent up to photograph it.
