Hey Guys,

I would like a scope for my new Mk II but I'm having a hard time to nail one down.
Here's what I'm looking for.
- Target turrets
- A/O
- Under $300

What would you suggest?

Thanks,
Trevor

My friend bought the Mueller 8-32x44 SF for his BRJ. We haven't had a chance to use it yet...but it's mounted and seems quite nice. Crystal clear and the turrets work well with nice positive clicks.

I've got an old first gen Vortex on my 93r17 TR and it's great. I just put a newer one on my FCP-K .223 and I'm quite happy with it too. Can't really go wrong with anything from Vortex and they have scopes that would fit in both your budgets.

Even the 2.5-10x42 Tasco I have on my 10/22 is a great little scope for under $100. Now maybe I just got lucky and got a good one...but it's been problem free and it's surprisingly clear.

I am running a bsa sweet 22 on my fvsr and it is one of the best scopes I have had. They are a little harder to find but I picked mine up for under 200 and I would get another one if I ever need one.

You Mueller boys better hold on to your receipts. If you loose it or sell it and don't send it with the scope the warranty is garbage. It's Vortex for me now.

I had very similar requirements for my T-Bolt and ended up ordering this Nikon Buckmaster 6-18 x 40. As far as I can tell, Nikon has a pretty bullet proof reputation. This will be my first Nikon so hopefully it was a good choice. Reviews are excellent on this scope. I went with the fine crosshair reticle, but there are other reticles to choose from.

my Savage Mk II TR rocks a Sightron Sii 4-16-42

I asked Clay over at prophet river a good scope in the 300$ range so he said 2 payments of 250$ over 2 months lol...

I love that store....

Update, Natchez doesn't ship optics to Canada as we require an export permit to do so, so my order was cancelled. Disappointing.
