I was thinking of picking up one from Marstar to add to my collection. Maybe the m-16....

Anyone have any experience with these Turkish pistols? I did a search here, came up with zippo..

good reviews, but seems that Marstar's can't offer the price that the US has/had (300-350 vs. $650 Marstar). not sure if it's exactly the same, since there aren't any photos listed. so may not be apples to apples comparison.

I've got a Zigana Sport in 9mm and it's a pretty sweet gun... very smooth trigger and just has a good feel in your hand. Very low recoil. Easy to strip and clean... parts might be a little hard to find though but that's never been a problem. I'm kind of bored of 9mm now so I'll probably sell it but for what it's worth it's been a great gun.

I have the Kanuni. I like mine a lot. Very nice workmanship.

A friend tried and liked it except for one thing. He seemed to have to use your second hand for control functions like slide release and mag release. He is very used to a 1911 and likes one hand operation. I don't know if it was a case of muscle memory. This is no bother to me as it is a range gun and I don't mind using my other hand.

You get two mags with each. Don't let that bother you. Taurus PT92/99 mags fit and if you dremel the mag catch properly, they lock in place, load and hold open when empty.

I agree with Bigdaddyeo, good gun overall.
