Just picked up a Ruger American predator in 6.5 creed and am looking to work up a general purpose hunting load (400 yards and under) bouncing back and forth between running 120grn TTSX or the 140 accubonds. Have shot half a dozen deer with 140 accubonds in a swede and only the one deer with the 110grn TTSX in a 270 wsm , however I was happy with the performance of both but Figured I'd get the opinion of you knowledgeable folks before spending my hard earned bucks 😀 and if you do have any personal experience feel free to include load data ! all I have at the moment for powder in BLC-2 , trailboss and some oooold unique so likely looking for powder reccomendations , seems hard to find much positive on in regards to the creed and BLC-2 .

I don't have experience with the 6.5 CM but I have some with the 6.5x55, which is quite similar ballistically.
You can push the TTSX to 2920-2950 fps. You can push the ACC to 2750 out of you rifle, give or take.
The MPBR +/- 3 for the TTSX will be around 290 yards, for the ACC it will be around 270 yards. From 0 to 300 yards, both bullets will be very satisfactory. Beyond 300 yards, you take the risk of seeing these bullets pencilling through a deer like animal, as at low velocity these bullets will not expand enough. Please note that I am saying you take a risk, this does not mean it will not kill the animal.
If you were looking at the 300-400 yards distance for deer, I would recommend ELDx143 or Accubond long range, 142. Both bullets have very high BC and will expand readily even beyond 400 yards.

Have you had any experience with the accubonds not expanding at those velocities? I based the 400 and under number because according to the calculators I had used the accubond is still doing a tad over 2000 fps at 400 ( to be realistic the 400 yard range is pretty unlikely , in the Ag fields I hunt there are only a handful of spots where those ranges would be present) nosler states the min velocity at 1800 for the standard accubond so I gave myself a few hundred FPS just to be on the safe side and the min velocity for the ttsx is similar with the retained velocity at 400y for the ttsx would be around 2200

I had read some reviews of the eldx coming apart pretty good in game. I tend to like exit holes and not having little shiny flakes in my burger

Accubond all the way. For calibers that don't launch their pills really fast, the Accubond is a more reliable mushrooming bullet when the velocities drop off.

Having had such good experiences with the AccuBonds since first introduced, in various calibers and cartridges from 6.5 to 376, I will say use the AB. My only experience with Barnes in the 6.5 has been with the 140 gr in the Swede, and I prefer the AB's overall. The Barnes worked fine and cleanly harvested game, just not as fond of them as I am of the AB. And the Barnes can be finicky in some rifles; they either shoot well, or don't shoot worth a damn.
Sorry, I have not loaded them in my CM as yet, but am planning on working up a load with the 130 gr AB for it and. sticking to the 140 in my Swede.
I also have not tried the powders you listed in the CM, so cannot provide any experience for you to go by.

You can choose an option of two bullets TTSX or Acc 140 within 300 yards and ELDX/NABLR 142 from 250 to 400 (beyond if you feel comfortable, I personally don't) or if you want to keep it simple load a 140 NP at 2750 and you are good from 0 to 400 for deer. The NP will expand way more than Accubond and TTSX at long distance. I have seen the NP 140 available on a few websites.
