So i bought a polish and russian tt33 recently and got a chance to go shoot the russian one today. I completely disassembled it, meticulously cleaned all the cosmo off, lightly oiled it and ensured it cycled properly. Everything seemed ok with it. Then at the range i put about 120 rounds through it and then i took it apart and cleaned it again. Then i put about another 100 rounds through it before it stopped cycling. I pulled the mag out and a small piece of metal fell out with it which i later discovered was a small piece of the extractor.
Anyone had this happen to them? I just got it on Thursday and this was the first time i had shot it, would this be my problem or should i talk to the store about it? Hopefully you can get parts for this thing.
