every 30 rounds or so the shell fails to eject after it shoots and i have to use all my strength to pull the slide back and then use a screw driver to to hook it into end of shell to pull it out, is my shell expanding too much when fired? i cleaned my gun with bore cleaner, and even tried diesel, nothing works what could it be?

It sounds like the casing is not being extracted from the chamber as opposed to not ejecting clear of the slide. If the slide is harder to pull back and you have to pry the empty casing out, it might be a combination of a rough/dirty chamber and a weak or damaged extractor. I take it that you are using surplus ammo. Can you try a newer factory ammo?

Sounds like either pitted chamber or hot surplus ammo. Give the chamber a good brushing, and maybe try a box of S&B and see how that goes. You may have damaged the extractor, might be worth a look at

chances are that you have lacquer build up from the surplus ammo that has been used in the gun by yourself and who ever had it before you
soaking it in near boiling water and laundry detergent and then a good through cleaning of the chamber should solve the problem for you
