I like both guns, but I can have only one(get married and you will find out-why...)
So,can you guys help me with choosing-which one?
This gun will be shooter not collective item,so I'm wondering which one will be better for this purpose?

Thanks in advance for all the advices.

I think you mean the CZ52

I'm got one and a couple of the M213 from Norinco also.

The CZ52 is a blast to shoot and I love the styling. The M213 (TT-33 in 9mm) is a nice slim pistol.

If I had to choose, the CZ52 would win. It's also breaks down easy for field cleaning after firing the corrosive ammo.

You can't go wrong with either. I think Frontier has a deal for a TT-33 with both the 9mm barrel and 7.62X25

The TT33 is a much stronger design. It's action is based on John Brownings classic 1911 design. I have a 1945 production Russian TT33 that has proven to be very accurate & reliable.

I own several CZ handguns but not the CZ52.

I have read about failures in the CZ 52 caused by very thin metal in the the chamber area of the barrel. If you are using surplus military ammo, which tends to be loaded "hot" this may cause problems in the CZ52.

Go with the TT33, you may want to check out the deal CanAm has on the Chinese copy of the the Tokarev.

Nope, otherway around. The CZ-52 is specifically designed to handle the hot loads. The rollers in the slide are a stronger recoil dampening system. I've owned and fired both and have yet to have any problems with my CZ-52, however when I had my TT-33 it would jam and rip case rims like no tomorrow. Don't believe me?

The vz. 52 utilizes a fairly uncommon short recoil operating system in which a pair of vertical rollers are used to lock the barrel and slide together, via a cam block. This is similar to the system used in the MG 42 machine gun which itself hearkens back to a Polish patent of the 1930s. It results in an unusually strong lockup which allowed the Czechs to load ammunition for it to higher pressure levels (and therefore, higher velocity and energy) than compatible ammunition manufactured in other Warsaw Pact countries.

In my opinion the TT-33 is a waste of time if you can get your hands on a CZ-52. Of course if you have the money and space, you can always get both!

My only distaste of the CZ-52 is the cumbersome clip retention spring. I wish it had a magazine push eject button like on the TT-33, instead reloading is much slower and tedious with the CZ-52. The sights on the CZ-52 are also a bit better, though they're nothing compared to modern pistols.

I vote for Russian Tokarev TT33 or Hungarian Tokagypt 12 with dual bbls (but not for a Ch clone)
CZ52 has a heel mag release, no slide release plus a breakable castiron firing pin

The 52 is a much better design. Switch to an aftermarket firing pin if you want to do any significant dry firing. Otherwise the gun is solid.

The CZ-52 has been proven effective - in a negligent discharge case.

(IIRC, the Judge ruled that it was an unsafe design and ordered the pistol destroyed. :p )

both are good. i have both cz52 and TT in 7.62x25mm, and an additional TT/M213 in 9x19mm.

i shoot cz52 better, TT's a bit awkward to me.
