TT33 Parts

no luck with your last trip to the range swapping the hammer assembly I take it?

Nah, I've isolated the problem to the firing pin and spring, more than likely it was residue build up in the channel that was gumming up the firing pin enough to cause light strikes. I'd have to drop the hammer on each round twice to fire it.

After getting the pin out, the spring didn't fly out with it, I had to pull it, so I'm guessing something is amiss in there, planning on a serious clean, but wanted new parts to rule out everything (and spares are always nice!).

Wolff Springs sells a full spring a kit for the TT.

+1 but you kind of have to buy 2 sets which is fine. I changed out my springs and a huge difference in the strength of the main/hammer spring. Put it this way, if you can remove and reassemble your hammer spring easily, it is done. I had to fight to compress the new spring in order to get the roll pin back in. I have a complete spare set now in case in need it for another TT33.
