Anyone ever use them? I'm looking to get a couple as I like the look and think the extra grip would be a welcome edition but I'm a little confused about how you use them without making your 10 rounds mags hold over maximum capacity. Do you just use them on pinned 17 rounders and call it a day? For obvious reasons I have no interest in getting myself into legal trouble.

I havent used those, however, most magazines are pinned or blocked to restrict how far the follower can travel. For example, my p229 has plus 2 extensions (mecgar), but the magazine is dimpled to only allow the legal capacity.
