tube diameter question

I have recently purchase a CZ 452 American 22 cal rifle and want to scope it. I have decided to go with a Bushnell 3200 Elite 3-9x with 40mm objective as the scope for this rifle, but need to know the tube diameter of the scope. Is the tube diameter 1 inch or 30mm? I looked on the Bushnell site and it did not say what the diameter was. Anyone know so i can pick out some rings??

The majority of scopes sold in North America are 1" dia. Some higher end and long range scopes will be in 30mm dia. Some older European ones are 26 mm. There are a few other exceptions but that about covers it. Phil.
