I am looking for a place to buy tube inserts(20g, 28g, .410g) for my shotgun. Can someone direct me to a online shop that sells them or a local store in the Montreal area.

If you are talking sub-gauge tubes you'll have to send your gun to someone like Kolar or Briley to have a set made and fitted or buy a set of companion tubes from them that are kind of generic fit but won't be matched weight or balance. Nobody I know of carries such items in a retail store. There was a set for sale in the EE recently in the Shotgun Parts sub-forum. Maybe contact the fellow to see what length/bore diameter barrel they fit?

He is looking for sub-gauge tubes to convert a 12ga. to be able to shoot 20/28/410 through it not chokes......
