Rifle Magazine's July 2018 issue has a particularly informative article by Brian Pearce that is worthy of special attention: "Tubular Magazines".
Short version is that in-tube detonation (a.k.a. chain fire) can be caused by more than just pointed bullets, especially with regard to hard recoiling calibers.

Also includes a cautionary note about "dropping" relatively heavy cartridges into a Henry style tube, in similar fashion as has been done with .22 rimfire calibers since forever.
Thought it worth mentioning, a bit of knowledge that might prevent some very serious consequences.
