Tula 1951 SKS-45 Lube Bottle Question

The 2 section lube bottle with my rifle intrigues me. After getting all of the cosmo, guck cleaned off, I surmise that in the years of storage, heat etc. the contents of the bottle also leaked out to mix with the cosmoline.

Anyway, without translating the two Cyrillic characteres using curtton's great March 7 post to "the" thread, what was originally in the two sides of this bottle?
