Tula .308 vs Norinco 7.62x51?

Hi i'm just looking for the opinion of people who've put either or both these particular brands and caliber through their rifles. Now before anyone goes on a tirade about how cheap ammo will be crap ammo, i know. I'm looking for bulk plinking ammo to get more practice trigger time. Lets also ignore the whole 308 is not the same as 7.62x51 argument.

Which is more reliable and which would you consider safer to use? In other words which of the two is least likely to blow me up?

I've already tried a bit of Tula. out of ~200 rounds i've already experience 2 partial case head separations Both of which are cracked at midway down the tapir which goes into the groove. To my understanding this is not normal for case head separations. I have yet to try any Norinco.

In May, I went to Ohio. I brought 500 rounds of Norinco copper wash 7.62x51 non corrosive. I fed it in an Imbel FN FAL and an Aussie L1A1. Zero issues. Ran clean. The extraction is not easy on cases either. Upon cleaning only the gas plug was a bit tight in the L1A1. I have 1800 rounds left. I run it in my Garand in 308 and my Norinco M1A clone. I recommend it.
 
I have tried both and prefer the Norinco. It is hotter and cleaner than the Tula, and in my rifle it is more accurate.

In regards to "safety", after about 500 rounds of Tula and close to 1,000 rounds of Norinco, I have had a few split necks from both brands (not a serious issue in my view) and no case head separations or other significant issues. From my experience, I doubt either brand is a safety risk, although this is not to say that future batches will be the same as prior ones.
 
I also run the Norinco copper wash non-corrosive x51 in my Socom 18. I've gone through about 200 rounds, not one single issue. I would recommend the Norinco ammo. All of the spent casings looked good to me, no split necks, primers looked good, etc.
