How is TulAmmo vs Barnaul? On the west coast all I can ever find for steel 7.62x39 is milsurp or Barnaul. Lots of different brass types (fedral, winchester, hornady, etc) Seems no one has stuff like Wolf, TulAmmo, MFS, or even Norinco
