Probably not good odds on those, as they are Russian, there are embargoes involved, same as Baikal.

I bought several thousand a couple years ago and they worked fine but I haven't seen any for three or four years at least. Probably embargoed.

I think the issue is shipping. JSC plant (Murom/Tula) are not under sanction. BTW anyone who says they aren't any good is clearly talking out his ass. It's a fairly popular choice for competitive shooting in the US.

I have used over 100,000 without any more duds than North American options. I stopped buying them once the price was pretty well the same as everything else.

When I picked mine up they were about $10/1000 cheaper than domestic. In subsequent shipments the price was about the same as domestic so the allure quickly faded. They were reliable but the big price increase meant they offered no real advantage over U.S. made.

Try the GINEX primers sold by Canada Ammo and Tenda.
