Tumbler dust: How toxic is it?

thats why I wet tumble with ss pins media. no dust.

Couple of used Bounce sheets is all I use, I don't bother ripping them up as they are easier to get out of the big Dillon tumbler I use.

Don't stress the motor man. Small pieces, less drag.

I use a cabelas style tumbler. I throw some old tore up bounce in as well while the machine is running I wrap a electric tape around the lid for a nice tight seal. And let things settle before I pop the lid.
