I'm having a problem finding media that won't jam up inside 22-250 cases. The corncob that I use for my straight wall handgun cases is a little big and though it polishes nice, I end up spending too much time getting it out.
Any suggestions?

I use the Lyman corncob media (green treated) on my 22-250 without too much problem.
When I am dumping the media out of the case,I leave the tumbler running and hold the case on the edge of the bowl. The vibration seems to help rattle the media out pretty quickly.

X2 on the walnut. Just did a pile of 22-250 with it with no plugged necks. The media was untreated walnut picked up from a sandblasting supplier.

I use lizard "litter" found at a pet store, 1/2 the price of polishing media and the granules are small. I use it all the time in .223 and it works just fine.

Just got me some this weekend but have yet to try it out as I am still using the RCBS stuff I bought awhile back.
