Why do I have to wipe my cases clean with a towel after have tumbling them. On the towel there is a green residu. I use Lyman corn cob media.
I though that the tumbling process would clean them so I don't have to wipe a thin film of residu that prevent them from shining.

Is there a way to just get them out the tumbler so they are pristine.

I use a very small amount of Nu Finish car polish in my corn cob and walnut media. Cases come out of the tumbler sparkling! A little goes a long way. It also keeps away the red dust walnut is famous for.

Some Nu Finish car polish for the shine and cut up used dryer sheets to control the dust.
Since I starting using the dryer sheets, I haven't had to wipe down my cases.

I started using Mother's Blue polish and I have no problems with dust at all anymore.....brass that is meant to come out shiny, does....the other stuff is tossed.

I have been using a professional Aluminum Mag Polish (Non-Abrasive) and it does a phenomenal job on brass.
