This year I tried a new approach to the wild Turkey I got last week..
I had some Batter Mix from Bass Pro, and tried it on the turkey.
Take some beer and mix it with the Uncle Buck’s Fish Batter Mix –(Original which has a nice peppery kick to it)
Just cut the breast into cutlets and dip it into the mix, and fry it in about 1" of oil in a deep pan.
Damn they were good.. This is going to be my ongoing "go to recipe" for turkey..
there is also different batters (less/more spicy) as well..
