A friend got a turkey yesterday and gave me the bones to make a wing bone call.
I'm kicking myself in the arse though, while processing the bird the ulna was misplaced. It's gone, can't get it back.
Stupid question... Can the ulna from a store bought turkey be used, or is it solid inside?
