Last year someone in an area without a turkey season asked me for turkey wings. I think for arrows i cant remember. I acidently deleted my inbox without writing down his contact info and lost touch with him. With turkey season approaching if that person can pm me ill save this years wings for you as well and ship them out

Maybe the mods could sticky this thread and make it a thread for donating wildlife parts for hobbies and crafts to put more of the animal to good use instead of these parts typically ending up in the trash?

Turkey feathers for arrows
Wings and tails for adding realism to decoys
Squirrel and deer tails along with waterfowl feathers for flies
Antlers for crafts and dog chews


I understand selling wildlife is illegal, but what about giving parts and receiving a finished item like fletched arrows or flies in exchange?
 
Good idea. I feel bad i lost this guys contact info and then life got in the way and i forgot all about it. Ill likely have a few more pairs of wings for him by the end of the season. Theyre no use to me
