Ya I saw a few right on the side of the road on my way home for casino rama. They were so close, I should have got my friend to open his door. The drive-by dooring would have gotten us a nice turkey dinner.

I am getting a number of credible reports of wild turkey sightings out of southern and western NB this spring. Our winter was very mild and the birds are coming across from Maine. Long way off from huntable populations but pretty exciting anyway!
