Turning my Ruger into Gatehouse's gun...

I have tang safety Ruger in .300 WM. I am wondering if it is possible to have it re-barrelled to .375 Ruger? I imagine the bolt face won't work as is, what can be done?

Should be a simple barrel swap, no modification at all. Both are .532 and very similar dimensions.

The casing have a different shape, there may be feed issues to sort out as well

betcha it'll feed like it was made for it..I find long action push feeds very forgiving in feeding..I've rebarreled magnum recievers to standard cases and vice-versa...it'll work.

Why not just sell the 300 and buy a 375? Prolly cheeeper, or pretty close anyways.

then just save up a few more bucks and buy a .375 Ruger

There's nothing a .375 Ruger will do that a .300 Win mag won't. And ammo and brass for the rifle your Da gave you will be much easier to get.

Anyways, yes, I don't see why you could not rebarrel, the bolt face is the same...

But I agree with others- It will cost you about 1/2 the price of a new rifle to rebarrel, so , you may as well just buy a 375 Ruegr , already made...And leave your dads gun untouched.
