Well.... Best day ever!
Collected two new toys at ten this morning, rushed home to inspect and clean and then to the range!! First pistols for me, decided on two, gsg1911, love the look and the cheap ammo, also a sti gp6. Both guns feel great, the gsg worked really well, tried two types of .22 bulk, seems to prefer the copper washed federal, no ftf or ftfeed. Good group, 6"at 45feet, pretty happy with that and great to use, did shoot low and right but will adjust sights and go again!.....
Then the gp6. Great feel to this gun, nice in the hand good ergonomics, did find the safety a little light, knocked it on twice with my natural grip, otherwise it performed flawlesly using blazer127fmj. Havnt shot lots of pistols but the trigger is awesome in single action, light and responsive.......
