twist for 14.5 barrel?

It looks like my barrel is fubar so I'm going to have to put on a new one. I'm looking for a 14.5 but there's a choice of 1:7 or 1:9. Ill mostly be shooting 55, very little of the 62 mix of 556 and 223, at distances no more than 100 but mainly at 50 and closer.

Question is which twist is all purpose. I'm not looking c*nt hair accuracy, just to print in the circle...

I would think either one should work just fine - in this situation the quality of the barrel will make more difference than it's twist, though a 14.5 in 1/7 may have more issues with heavier (longer) bullets than a 1/9.

Sorry it took so long to post NZA, but these pictures were taken a couple days ago. I tested your rifle at about 10yds with Norc CJ95, Norc CJ93, and MFS Zinc plated. Picture's are below
