Twist rate and bullet weight

Looking for info on twist rate and what bullet weights work best, I have a cdl sf in 257 roberts, I think it is a 1 in 10, but I have also seen specs that the limited 257 bob are 1 in 9. Bullet weights range from 80 to 120. Is it better to use heavy bullets with one twist rate, I think the 1 in 9 is faster , bullet will spin more than the 1 in 10 coming out of the sme lenght of barrel , also I could use some good loads, 120gr partition, 1oo gr TSX, 110 gr accubonds, imr4350, h414, imr4831 on hand. Thanks

Usually heavier the bullet , faster the rate but how many barrels some one can afford so settle on your choice and your need
