Twist Ratio? NEF

Can anyone tell me the twist ratio of the .223 Handi Rifle with the bull barrel??
Need it to reload 36 graing Barnes Varmint Grenades.

depending on your year of manufacture they're either 1 in 9" or 1 in 12" best bet is to check it with your cleaning rod.

Earlier ones were 1:12. If it's made in the last couple years its probably 1:9. If it's new its 1:9. As mentioned by Ormachek you can measure it. If you phone NEF they can probably tell you based on your serial number.
