Recently ordered some slugs from them. The wrong slugs were sent out and I notified them. Within 24 hours they had the correct slugs in the mail to me and a prepaid return mailer label to send the wrong ones back. I had the correct slugs in under a week when it usually takes 7-10 days for parcels to reach me from down east.

Great service with no bickering...Just the way it should be.

They are very good. I ordered a pistol from them that was surplus but had obviously been home gunsmithed on so I emailed them and they hand selected me one in good original condition no questions asked
 
One of my favorite vendors ever. I check their site often and buy things I didnt know I needed just because the shopping experience is so top notch.
 
I’ll throw in another couple thumbs up. I’ve had only good experiences with Tradeex. Very happy with them all around and will buy again from them if I ever have any more money.
 
I got my Star Super B and several spare magazines from them, customer service is exceptional, always is a pleasure do business with them
 
They bring in THE best condition, and best selection of high quality used sporting guns in the country. There are a few dozen rifles I'd buy tomorrow if I hit the lottery lol.

You cannot handle it yourself if the technical/mechanical issue is not fixable and you caught it too late or did not have the experience at the time to know that returning the POS is the only way to deal with it! And then you are out shipping cost.
