Just thought I'd post a litle information about a great reloading company.

I lost or misplaced my powder measurer cap/cover. I had placed a wtb add here on cgn. A couple of fellow cgners suggested that I contact RCBS and tell them about my problem. To my surprise the lady in customer service said she'd send me one out at NO CHARGE:eek: . She never even asked for any postage.

So I thought to myself, self this is the kind of company that I will continue on supporting. They have a great product and great service. What more could a sportsman ask for.

Hats off to RCBS. Keep on building a great product, You've all ready got the great service!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 3 similar stories about RCBS service. Well worth spending a few extra bucks to know that service is behind the products.

Yes ,RCBS is the best out there.:D I have bent a few decapping pins and rods and RCBS has always replaced the broken stuff no charge.:dancingbanana: I have 17 sets of RCBS dies, won't buy anything else.

Boy we seem to bend a lot of decapping stems dont we? Me too, same story. And on top of that they were friendly about it. They sure do understand support. Im sold.
 
Misplaced a pivot pin on my Rockchucker when I moved in '99.
Phoned RCBS and the sent one out, free of charge.
THAT'S service!!

RCBS really is top notch in customer service. Ive had numerous parts sent to me with no charge and at times they've sent me double replacement parts.
We seem to always focus on the negative aspects of companies and is nice to read about a company that cares for their customers.

I'm another RCBS customer that got great service from them when I lost part of my Uniflow powder thrower when I moved... they sent it to me for free.
