Type 81 & Customer Service

I just wanted to thank Neil at Tactical Imports for his excellent customer service!

I had a part go missing from one of my Type 81 rifles and they were able to locate a replacement and have it shipped to me, I had it in hand within a day and free of charge.

Keep up the excellent customer service, I have never had a single issue with your company.

I had a similar experience with Neil.
The rifle I bought had the part removed by seller for some retarded reason and it never showed up in the parts bag with the rifle when shipped....
Unbelievable customer service. They wouldn't take money no matter how much I insisted on paying.

Class act all around.

Same here, Nadine was really quick to ship out the extra magazines that they forgot. Really good customer service.
