Type 81 Optic rail removal

Hey guys with this rail if I remove it will you retain your zero 100% I want to do a cleaning but im worried it might knock off my zero. Anyone with this rail taken it off and on and retained the same POI?

It better hold zero. Otherwise its garbage. I dont own one but have faith that it should hold zero by design.

It seems mega solid but i just want to hear some experience. If not im just blasting CLP down the bolt area to clean and lube for now.
