type 81 underfolder dust cover keep comming off

hi every one i got a type 81 under folder,is there a way to keep the dust cover from getting loose,i have a delta dynamic red dot mount on it and the dust cover keep comming off while i fire,am i missing something.

i just took a bunch of pictures and took it apart and i notice that after i install the red dot mount i did not lock the dust cover like am supose too and it was so cold at my gun range this morning that i never notice thanks for your help its all good now.
