So... in a bear defense scenario where a person might have to use a type 97 left-handed, what would hurt more? Leg-knawing or brass in the face? And will the bullet reach outer space from a LAR-15 mag after passing through the grizz?

Oh, and are LAR15 mags legal in the Type 97?

Is it legal to shoot Type 97 left-handed into space with 10 round mags? If the falling bullet kills a bear does it count as hunting?

Are LAR-10 mags legal?
The Type 97 is crap because it's made in China!
When will we get CCW? Could I conceal a Type 97 for bear defense in downtown Toronto?

I love CGN.

In such dire circumstances you would be well advised to empty that perfectly legal LAR-15 mag while shooting the Type 97 left handed, so that the brass hitting you in the face will deaden the pain of the grizzly gnawing through your tibia and fibula.

No, of course not. What an asinine question.

Is this like that story where that Canadian pioneer shot and killed a bear, then made a set of teeth from the bear to replace the ones he'd lost to scurvy - and then proceeded to eat the bear with its own teeth?

If I put an arts eliminator on my type 97 will it be Hollywood quiet? Will the bullets still reach outer space?

Oh, and can I defeat airport metal detectors for bear defence between the terminal and the aircraft? After all it looks to be mostly polymer and cost more than a left-handed NYPD cop makes in a month???

Is the Type 97 with pistol mags good for laser bear defense?!?

Unfortunately, since the bear was not also armed when it attacked you, you would be subject to an excessive force lawsuit from the deceased animal's family.

Just angle the rifle slightly. Should clear your teeth. If not smile at the bear with your bloody smile. It should scare them off.

Since it's a left-handed T97, do I need to use a trigger lock when transporting it? I know right handed ones you need to use a trigger lock. Or not? Someone on the internet said you didn't. I'm so confused.
