Type of Type 97 Tactical Shotgun

I've seen this new shotgun at a non-supporting dealer so I won't post a link. However the name is the LA-12 Puma. (Note: LA does not stand for Los Angeles, but the dealers initials)

It looks like a Type 97 flat top shotgun 2.75" only. There isn't much info on the website and I haven't seen anything here. I looked in the tactical SG forum and didn't see anything on the first page

So what's the skinny on this gun?

Thanks for the links. It seems these arrived in January.
It looks like they are OK SG, but a few minor teething issues.
