A proper classification should be pistol therefor 10 rounds. But I'm a man of little faith and see some stupid tech class this as a rifle some how.

They TP9 is classed as a "submachine gun" and is therefore limited to 5 rounds.

By "submachine gun" I mean it's a rifle, 5 round mags.

well IF they are sold as pistols in the U.S and advertised as such...IF one got legally expoerted from the us would it not be classed as a pistol here and therfore 10 rnd mags.....

basiacaly i meant get it RECLASSIFIED the cfc/rcmp have classed rifles prohib as variants soley on advertisements

so since this IS a pistol get it reclassed
