The regular Neos has a black grip (or a monochromatic brightly coloured one), and black sights. It's the only version you can get in 4.5" barrel.
The deluxe model has the two tone grip (with rubber inlays) in several colours, comes with three different sets of sights (white, black, and red, I think?), it has adjustable trigger travel, has a laser etched logo on the slide, and is available in a 7.5" barrel.

This rich version features, as standard, an adjustable trigger (for pre and over travel), three sets of colored front and rear sights (white, red and black), blue rubber grip inlays (black for the Inox version) and an elegantly Laser engraved logo.
