Uberti "Cattleman" in 44-40

I have one of these for repair which got wet and became seized with rust. I have it now disassembled and find the hand spring is missing. I have this small pin which was left after I tried reassembly but no spring. Apparently there were two styles of springs, one is a leaf and the other a coil. Does anyone here have any knowledge which would assist me? I tried the on line diagram but everything is so small that it is impossible to tell. Even if I had some idea which serial numbers had which spring set-up. TKS. Dave

This wont help you but I have a uberti with a broken extrator. I can't find part locally, found some online but not in the color of my gun. if you find a Canadian source let me know. good luck

who did u buy these guns from? can they get u the parts? if you take it in show them the gun, then if they order the wrong part , they pay!
did u buy it privately? if so ....hmmmm
