Ultradot dealer in Canada?

Hi all,

I'm looking to buy an Ultradot Match Dot for a Ruger MkIII, and am wondering if anyone knows of a Canadian dealer? I'm worried the border would classify these as 'tactical', so I'd prefer to deal here if possible. Thanks for any help!
