UMC 223 vs M193 BALL

As the title says, what is the difference between UMC 223 Rem vs M193 BALL by PMC.

Probably velocity of the round (I think 193 has a hotter specification) and construction of the bullet (jacket thickness, canelure depth and location).

Just a guess on construction, but I do think UMC is not as fast at all.

Winchester white box used to be more or less 193 though?
